Terms and conditions

  • GENERAL TERMS

  • - I reserve the right to decline any request.

  • - Please provide detailed references for works (poses, related images, mood boards, composition, expressions, full visual descriptions for better understanding, brief character description, and/or whatever you consider would help to fasten the process, the more – the better!)

  • - Completion of works may depend on the complexity of the commission and may vary from 1 – 2 weeks up to 2 months.

  • - Constant updates will be shared, as soon as an update is done it will be added to my Trello as well.

  • - If there’s any deadline, please let me know so it can be discussed.

  • - You have up to 5 changes in the sketching phase, (poses, angle, size, clothing, etc.) but after the piece is finished it will cost extra depending on its complexity, small changes are free. (See pricing for more)

  • - Background elements (Colors, shapes, gradients) are included, feel free to ask if you’d like anything of it added to the piece, for more detailed backgrounds kindly ask so we can discuss it.

  • - I'll send the commission result through email in PNG and/or JPEG format only.

  • PAYMENT

  • - Half paid before starting sketch then half paid after approval of sketch to continue.

  • - Payment can be done via Paypal/Ko-fi, if you are located inside the Mexican Republic it can be done through transfer or Oxxo deposit.

  • - Cancellations are available during the sketching phase, if the work is almost done then it can’t be canceled nor refunded.

  • - If the customer requests cancelation after full payment only 50% will be issued.

  • - All prices are in USD.
